Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from shop.nordfinck.de to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither related to their commercial activities nor to their self-employed professional activities.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the [Buy Now / Pay with PayPal / PayPal Buy Now] button, you are placing a binding order for the items listed on the order page. This immediately constitutes a purchase agreement. Once payment is received, the items will be shipped or the digital content will be made available.
4. Means of Payment
The following payment options are available in our store:
- PayPal
- Credit card (e.g., Visa)
- Klarna
- Direct Bank Transfer / Manual PayPal Payment
5. Delivery
5.1. If you have ordered physical goods, they are usually shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment.
5.2. Digital products (e.g., PDF files) are not mailed but are made available for download or sent via email once payment has been received.
6. Digital Products (Downloads)
6.1. Some products in our store are available for download as digital content (e.g., PDF files) and are not provided on a physical medium.
6.2. Since digital content can be downloaded and used immediately, it cannot be returned later—unlike physical goods. Therefore, your express consent is required for us to provide you with the download.
6.3. During the ordering process, you expressly confirm for digital products that the provision of the content will begin before the end of the cancellation period, and you acknowledge that your right of cancellation for the respective product expires upon the start of such provision. For more details, please see the cancellation policy below.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. If a delivered item is defective upon receipt, you are entitled to your statutory warranty rights. Damage resulting from normal use, improper handling, or wear and tear (e.g., a deck of cards worn out from playing) does not constitute a defect in the legal sense and is not covered by the warranty.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. If you are a consumer (that is, a natural person placing an order for a purpose unrelated to your commercial or self-employed professional activities), you have the right to cancel the order in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
8.2. If, as a consumer, you exercise your right of withdrawal under Section 8.1, you must bear the standard costs of returning the goods.
8.3. In the case of digital content (see Section 6), the right of withdrawal may expire early. Further details are provided in the following withdrawal policy.
8.4. In addition, the provisions set forth in detail in the following cancellation policy apply to the right of cancellation.

10. Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14(1) of the ODR Regulation and Section 36 of the VSBG: We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us by email first.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
You may also use the sample cancellation form below, but you are not required to do so.
Special Note Regarding the Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For contracts involving the delivery of digital content not stored on a tangible medium (e.g., downloadable PDF files), your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you
a) have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
b) You have confirmed that you are aware that, by giving your consent, you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract begins to be performed.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returns
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Note on Digital Products (e.g., PDF Downloads)
Since digital content such as PDF files can be downloaded and used immediately, it cannot be returned later—unlike physical goods. In order for us to provide you with the download, we need your express consent during the ordering process:
“For digital products: I expressly agree that performance of the contract will begin before the end of the cancellation period. I understand that my right of cancellation expires once performance begins.”
